- 363/2021 on the rules of anti-doping activity. (VI.28.) Government decree (hereinafter: Decree) and the full performance of the duties of the national anti-doping organization (hereinafter: HUNADO) defined by the International Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) within the framework of a Public Benefit Agreement,as well as within this framework, the number of doping samples determined in the current year's agreement, the implementation of the related sport-specific supplementary analyses, the performance of other tasks related to national anti-doping organizations contained in WADA's regulations and the compliance with WADA's regulationsmaintaining the initial compliance status (fully compliant).
The amount of sampling according to the contract:
a) at least 1,800, at most 2,000 doping samples in 2024,
b) at least 1,800, at most 2,000 doping samples in 2025,
c) at least 1,800, at most in 2026 2000 dopingsampling,
d) in the year 2027, at least 1,800 and at most 2,000 doping samples, the exact amount of which will be recorded in the current year's agreement. chapter contains a technical description.
