Name of procedure: DWA passenger car air conditioning renovation Type of contract: Enterprise framework contract Framework amount of the contract: net HUF 363,006,444 (a total of 120 renovation items (on 4 types of DWA passenger cars) in the Technical Description (Item List) that is part of the Public Procurement Documents in the amount of information regarding specific types of renovation work). In the case of a successful procedure, the tenderer concludes a contract for the specified amount. The tenderer undertakes to order a net amount of HUF 182,863,222 from the framework amount (planned to order 60 renovation items projected). The net value of the part of the framework amount not affected by the obligation to order is HUF 180,143,222 (planned for the order of 60 renovation items), which value is the estimated value of the Kbt. It is included in accordance with paragraph (1) of § 16. The rules for placing orders a included in the draft contract. Under "Additional work", the Tenderer means the repair tasks included in the error recording protocol, but not included in Annex 1. Under "Additional work", the Tenderer means those not included in the scope of basic repairs, ad hoc repairs and supplementary work, and taken up at the time of demolition refers to repair tasks not included in the error recording protocol. The quantities given above (in the number of pieces) are indicative, planned quantities (renovations that may arise during the contract period cannot be forecasted).
