- The task of the successful tenderer is to provide maintenance, repair and commissioning work related to the air-conditioning equipment in the Bidder's properties, planned Split air conditioner 483, fan-coil 560, cassette 243, heat pump 19, liquid cooler 3, air handler 30. To be performed during maintenance tasks In the case of air handlers: - visual inspection of the equipment, checking its technical condition, cleaning the exterior - checking the operation of fan and motor bearings, checking vibration dampers - checking the wear of V-belts, V-belt pulleys, checking the alignment of V-belt pulleys, V-belt checking its tightness - cleaning fans depending on accessibility - checking the operation and condition of shut-off switches - chemical cleaning of heating and cooling radiators, checking tightness - cleaning the condensate collecting tray, checking the patency of the condensate drainage line - replacement of filters - in the case of water systems, measurement of the water antifreeze mixture - checking of the filter clogging signal on the building management system, where there is a building management system - checking of polycarbonate pipes between pressure switches and pressure switch joints, pressure switch joints inside cleaning - checking the electrical connections of the motor, shut-off switches, pressure switches, retightening if necessary - operational test In the case of liquid coolers - visual inspection of the equipment, checking its technical condition, external cleaning - checking the pressure on the suction and discharge side of air conditioning gas in operating condition, ha...
