The Public Procurement Documentation contains a detailed technical description of the products and the quantity.
If the invitation to initiate the procedure and/or the Public Procurement Documentation uses a brand name or model name, only the product to be procuredit was done in order to clearly define the nature of the works. Equivalence (regarding composition, function, raw material) must be proven by the Bidder with a technical description or a quality certificate. The Bidder is the Kbt. Paragraph (4) of § 58, as well as 321/2015. (X.30.) For governmentndelet accepts the equivalent performance based on its provisions in accordance with § 46, paragraph (3).

Sale contract for the purchase of IT devices, which aIt consists of the following parts:

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro or later edition
