Description:
Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) in the subject "Procurement of transmission network elements", in the following DBR parts:
1. Obtain circuit breakers
2. Acquisition of disconnectors and earthing switches
3. Acquisition of current transformers, voltage transformers, meter transformers
4. Surge arresters and actuatorsand acquisition of counters
5. Acquisition of transmission network (NAF/NAF) transformers
6. Procurement of auxiliary (KOeF/KIF) transformers (400 kVA)
7. Acquisition of choke coils
8. Procurement of pipe busbars
9. Acquisition of transmission line pole structure
10. Procurement of OPGW
11. Procurement of current-conducting wires
12. Procurement of insulating chains
The tenderer wishes to procure (purchase) products belonging to the range of circuit breakers listed in the technical description (the exact quantities, parameters and conditions will be determined in the bidding section(s). Purchases based on the DBR are part of the megsthe delivery of waste products to their destination and the performance of related services.
The range of related services that can be prescribed is covered by the contract conditions that form part of the attached documentation 2.2.
Proposer of the second, tendering phase of the DBRthe realization of procurements in the EKR is operated as an electronic process, where all communication takes place electronically.
The estimated quantity planned to be procured within the framework of the 1st DBR part:
- 112 sets of circuit breakers
