Description:
Framework sales contract for the purchase of 19 types of products, planned 96,600 pieces of other Angiography equipment for three years for Semmelweis University in 19 parts. The assumed amount of the drawdown obligationThe objective reason for this is that even during elective (planned) interventions, and in acute on-call care, the Client cannot know exactly which types of interventions will be performed on which patients with physical and anatomical characteristics during the duration of the contract.in the case of part i:
The winning Bidder undertakes that the guaranteed sterility of each device will be at least 1 year from the date of manufacture, and at least 6 (six) months from the date of delivery. The winning Bidder is obliged to transport the devices with expired sterility free of charge andreplace.
The tenderer requests that the products be provided on consignment for all parts during the performance of the contract (with 50% of the annual quantity determined for each part).
