Magyar Posta Zrt.wants to obtain the support of lamint, which fully implements the IT support of the Service Organization functions and processes for the designated employees of the Bidder. Essential expectations of the Service Organizer system:
-Maximum number of post offices where the system is usedthey want: 2,300
-Maximum number of employees for whom service organization must be carried out: 25,000
-Maximum number of registered users: 5,000
-Maximum number of concurrent users: 2,500
-Data retention period: 4 years
-Number of pages to be printed 30,000 page / month
-Expected answermaximum of windows, user interface and reports: 2 seconds
Expectation that the provided licenses meet the following requirements together:
-The possibility of managing at least 300 post offices (locations)
-Ensuring the work of at least 1,000 simultaneous users (administrators)
