Description:
562/2023. (XII. 14.) On the basis of a government decree, the Minister of Construction and Transport, within the framework of the performance of state tasks related to economic companies exercising ownership rights, through the MAV Szolgaltato Koezpont Zrt. the operation and supervision of IT systems for budgetary bodies. These IT systems include, among others, systems using mobile telecommunications services. Duties of the Bidder, MAV Szolgaltato Koezpont Zrt. (hereinafter: Bidder) among others, it also includes the operation of the IT systems of the MAV Group under the control of the Ministry of Construction and Transport, which operates several critical infrastructures in its operational and service areas in order to provide public service activities, therefore the continuous provision of service is of prime importance. In order to ensure the continuity of services, the technological solutions and service structure established with the current service provider are preferred. If the Bidder wishes to provide the requested service with a different technical solution, then the cost of all Bidder(s) telephony and/or IP data network expansion and conversion costs shall be borne by the Bidder.
