Framework sales agreement for the delivery of newly manufactured medium voltage fuse sockets
Acquisition of medium voltage fuse sockets
Buying and selling framework agreement regarding the delivery of newly manufactured medium voltage fuse sockets. On a medium-voltage public network employed purchase of fuse sockets equipped with plastic insulators and/or surge arresters. Purchase of fuse sockets up to a limit of EUR 600,000. Planned quantities are approximately 4,100 fuse sockets. Further information is contained in the technical specifications of the public procurement documents. The reference to the specified make, origin, and type in the invitation and in the public procurement documents was made only in order to define the subject of the public procurement in a clear and comprehensible way. Tenderer 321/2015. (X.30.) On the basis of paragraph (3) of § 46 of the Government Decree, accepts products that are equivalent in all respects. The tenderer issues the direct orders in accordance with his actual needs up to the limit amount fixed above. The quantities foreseen in the price table are for informational purposes only, the Bidder does not undertake any obligation to order them. We draw the attention of bidders to the Code of Civil Procedure. to the provisions of paragraphs (7) and (8) of § 104.
