Description:
Implementation, legal follow-up and support of an integrated human policy administration system, as well as the provision of related services within the framework of a software service contract. (Abbreviated name: Procurement of human administration system)
A/ General conditions, expectations The University's procurement requirements for the use of software with an integrated, modular structure suitable for the development of HR activities, for the management of 1,600 employees (approx. 1,100 employees who will also be users of the self-service system and approx. 500 employees with assignment contracts)). The University does not require IT acquire infrastructure to ensure the operation of the human resources management system (hereinafter: System), but wishes to use it as a service on a cloud basis, in the IT operating environment provided by the Service Provider. The Bidder is ready, with regard to the specified requirements would like to request an offer for software or modules that do not require development. The Bidder intends to implement a full-scale, integrated personnel administration system on schedule, which includes, in addition to support for labor and payroll tasks, HR controlling, management information system, the support of working hours and records, and the operation of the employee self-service system, with particular attention to compliance with the special rules and data services of higher education (e.g. Higher Education Information System).
