Purchase of 2 high-end digital X-ray equipment
Acquisition of digital recording X-ray equipment
1 floor-conducting direct digital acquisition of recording X-ray equipment and 1 direct digital ceiling recording X-ray equipment. They are the responsibility of the winning bidder are more between: - delivery and installation of the X-ray equipment; - room conversion and assembly work required for installation and adjustment; - preparation of the final static expert opinion after the conclusion of the contract (taking into account the preliminary static expert opinion); - the radiation protection plan preparation and full cooperation with the Bidder during the licensing procedure (until the license is obtained); - provision of a PACS system and physical server, delivery of the necessary hardware and software elements (e.g. operating system, database management system); - a installation and training of X-ray equipment. The tenderer must take into account that after the first equipment has been put into operation, it is possible to start the construction of the location of the second equipment and the decommissioning of the operating X-ray there. Fixed-term deadlines: - In the first room, the ceiling installation and commissioning of rail device: 180 days from the conclusion of the contract; - Dismantling of the existing equipment in the second room and installation and commissioning of the new X-ray: 120 days from the commissioning of the first X-ray.
