Description:
On the basis of an open procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement concluded with one tenderer in parts, the procurement of certain medicinal products containing active ingredients subject to itemized accounting, to be provided in kind, in 7 parts, for a period of 12 months active and 4 months passive, the Framework Agreement is activewith the possibility of an additional 12-month extension of its period. Tenderer is the Kbt. Acts according to § 105, paragraph (1), point a). With regard to point (6) c) of § 73, we inform the bidders that the bid containing a higher total bid price than the bid price is invalidon the day of the batch, the product of the mg unit price calculated from the net wholesale price of the lowest priced medicine with the given active ingredient in the PUPHA and the total frame quantity. part: ranibizumab sixpurchase of medicinal products containing old substances within the range of indications defined in the NM decree in force at all times.
