HungaroControl Zrt., As Hungary's Air Navigation Service Provider: ANSP), is modernizing the facilities of ATC (Air Traffic Control). As part of the project, the contracting authority wants to buy 3 modern (solid state) Surface Movement Radar (SMR). Contracting authorityIts purpose is to obtain a system for which you want to obtain the approval of the transport authority. This requires that the manufacturer have a certificate under the Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "certification regulation") or if suchdoes not have a certificate under the transitional provisions laid down in Article 7 (3) of the Certification Regulation to exhibit the manufacturer for the exhibition by the Contracting Authority,to the contracting authority for justification for compliance with the Parliamentary and Council Regulation.
