Description:
Within the framework of the Babolna energy community project (taking into account VET 66/B§ of Act LXXXVI of 2007 with regard to functional rights), newly realized and already existing photovoltaic and conventional producers, battery storage, and residential and industrial consumers eachgroup is organized into an energy community system. The design and operation of the system requires an IT and telecommunications solution that supports complex technical and commercial (accounting) functions. By using them, it can be ensured that separate devices, systems and consumers are auto be able to operate in an automatic unified energy community and smart grid operation.
This procurement is intended to specify the IT system of the energy community realized within the framework of the project, which includes the software, central and end-point hardware solutions (especially the measuring devicesources, intelligent data transmission, field devices implementing local intelligence), as well as data communication connecting the central system and field devices. The software to be purchased must comply with the applicable legal regulations (Vet., Vhr.) Hungarian Electricity Authority no.regulations, DSO and TSO regulations (Annex 1 - list of regulators).
