- Sales contract for the purchase of a 5G CORE Network Tester Platform with the following partial bidding options:
1. part: 5G measurement network and storage.
2. part: 5G measuring instrument.
If a brand name or model name is used in the invitation to initiate the procedure and in the bidding documentation, only the purchaserit was done in order to clearly define the nature of future products. Equivalence (regarding composition, function, raw material) must be verified by the Bidder with a technical description or quality certificate. The Bidder is the Kbt. Paragraph (4) of § 58, as well as 321/2015. (X.30.) Kobased on its provisions in § 46, paragraph (3) of the Government Decree, it accepts the equivalent performance.
