Fővarosi Vizművek Zrt. (hereinafter: Tenderer; AK) 5 new, in category N2 with 4x2 drive formula min. 1950 cm3 rear axle equipped with double wheels, wants to purchase a vehicle under a sales contract. In this public procurement, it is only possible to offer a new vehicle. For a new vehicle means a vehicle that has not been put into circulation either in Hungary or abroad. Furthermore, it was not a demonstration vehicle, nor was it used as a test vehicle. The vehicle must be handed over to the at the AK premises (1044 Budapest. Vaci ut 102.). The motor vehicle must comply with the technical conditions for placing and keeping road vehicles on the road 6/1990. (IV. 12.) in KoeHEM decree [hereinafter: 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KoeHEM decree] determined - the delivery is planned requirements in force at the time. When handing over the vehicles, the following documents must be made available to the contracting authority: warranty documentation, handling and maintenance instructions in Hungarian (in printed form and/or on an electronic data carrier), occupational safety and health machine inspection report, certificate of conformity The bidder must undertake a 24-month or 100,000 km warranty for the truck from the date of successful handover.
