- The occupation detailed in the public procurement documents is the provision of health care tasks for the employees of MVM Matra Energia Zrt. at the MVM Matra Energia Zrt. premises in Visonta (3271 Visonta, ErΕmΕ± utca 11.) the medical clinic on the territory of the Power Plant and the Visonta mine central office building with regard to medical clinics, the XCIII of 1993. provision of occupational health services defined in Β§ 58 of the Act on the basis of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to Act 89/1995. (VII. 14.) Government Decree, 27/1995 (VII. 25.) NM decree, 33/1998. (VI. 24.) NM decree, 96/2003. (VII. 15.) Government Decree and 60 /2003. (X. 20.) in accordance with the ESZCSM decree. The subject of the public procurement procedure is the performance of the occupational health tasks detailed in the technical description for the employees of MVM Matra Energia Zrt. for 3 years from 2026, within the framework of a framework contract. The procedure is aimed at concluding a framework contract. The total framework amount of the contract is HUF 250,000,000 net, of which the Bidder undertakes to draw down 70%, i.e. HUF 175,000,000 net.
