Description:
Sales contract for the purchase of the equipment and accessories in the quantity and quality detailed in the public procurement technical description
Background: The Bidder is coordinating the specialist area of priority projects (Municipal needs) in the Debrecen Southern Economic Zone electricity demand developmentas an accompanying project of yik, in the 132/11 kV substation of Debrecen Delkeleti, 2 new 132 kV (NAF) cable starting fields must be expanded, for which the existing ELK-04 (ABB) 2018 GIS (gas-insulated switchgear) equipment in the substation must be expanded .

Proposer technicalrequest:
Expansion of the four-field 132 kV GIS operating in Debrecen Southeastern Substation with two transmission line fields.
The fields must be identical to the operating fields. Contents of the fields:
• circuit breaker with phase-by-phase drive
• line earthing disconnector and fast earthing
• Overvoltagelimiter
• current transformer
• voltage transformer
• busbar disconnector
The scope should include:
• the price of the device,
• the price of delivery to the site,
• the price of the installation of the equipment on site (to be added to the existing equipmentItes)
• on-site installation of cable end caps (two sets)
• operational measurements and tests (which must be performed by the manufacturer)
