Description:
The tenderer's task is to carry out the planned, comprehensive maintenance of the following radiation therapy equipment and accessories operating in the department of the National Oncology Institute and, in case of accidental failure, to carry out the necessary repairs within the framework of a flat-rate business contract with a full supply of spare parts andtogether with technical materials for 36 months:
1 pc (one piece) Cyberknife M6 robotic arm, serial number C0436, linear accelerator (year of manufacture: 2017), including collimators, operating table, control unit, X-ray imaging system and radiation planning system.
Served byThe contract covers the full maintenance and repair of the above-mentioned equipment and accessories, together with the complete supply of spare parts and the technical parts of the vacuum, the consideration of which is included in the flat rate written in the offer, but does not cover consumables.
